Calling all posters! What are YOUR questions for Candace Conti, Rick Simons and Kelly Kraetsch?
by cedars ini am pleased to announce that candace conti, and her key lawyers rick simons and kelly kraetsch are planning a youtube video to answer any questions that people in our community may have regarding the recent conti v watchtower lawsuit.
i have offered to coordinate the gathering of these questions, and i thought it might be fun to do it in a "competition" style jwn thread, with the best answers being chosen by kelly, rick and candace to be addressed in the video.. as you can imagine, there are some provisos to this.... this is an active lawsuit, so for obvious legal reasons kelly, rick and candace will have the absolute and final decision as to which questions are answered and how much information is divulged when they are answered.we need the answers in the next 7 days, so the "cut off" for this competition is exactly 7 days from the time this thread goes live on jwn.we kindly request that all questions are asked in a respectful manner without any malicious or offensive intent.
any inappropriate questions will obviously be discarded and ignored.

How will Jehovah's Witnesses be informed of this case? I am quite sure that 99% of JWs world wide will never even hear of this case. Therefore, the lesson learned will be lost. It will not be of any benefit to JWs and JWs will not be any more protected from predators in their church than they were before. Only if some kind of court ordered intraining were to be given to all JWs, or some kind of court ordered announcement be made TO JWs, would the lessons be passed on to the people that need to hear it the most. But not only are jWs not going to hear about it at all, the Society will likely pass on some lies about the case and encouraqge its followers to not listen to anything they hear on the case unless it comes straight from the Governing Body. But actually now that I think of it they won't do that either. They will just not say anything about it at all. And JWs will never hear of it.

are their changes new light according to proverbs, or refinement according to daniel and malachi?

eah, killing people's family support and ruining their reputations by DFing them is SO much more merciful. Give me the hit squad any day.

repeat movies
by fakesmile inthere are a very small number of movies that i can watch more than once.
most get old after the first viewing.. there are very few movies i can watch over and again.. i love having a six pack of tall boys and watching "apocolypse now".. i love watching "tommy, the movie" on the rare occation that i have a doobie.. what movie would yoou reccommend as a "must own"or "must appreciate"?.

It is OFFICIAL they want MORE MONEY : NEW ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
by raymond frantz ini just came back from the meeting .although the local announcements have been abolished recently as an item for the second part , an elder came on the platform to announce that the society needs more money and there is a letter on the noticeboard for all the congragation to read to this effect.
although the announcement was read half heartedly (this elder's daughter is an apostate ,it looks like he knows what's going on) the implictions are dramatic .
the society in brief,requests any brother or sister with funds sitting on personal accounts to loan them to the society ,he didn't go into any specifics but i will take a picture of the letter next time and make it available here .. i'm not amazed that they're asking for money ,i thought it will happen sooner or later .what i'm amazed is that 99% of the congragation are oblivious to the financial crisis that the society finds itself these days and the reasons why .i can see the future now .the watchtower will be the fist part of the babylon the great to go down in a blaze of scandals and financial troubles !.

Yes, this is exactly what happened with me too. I stopped giving when I was still at Bethel. I used to raid the stationary store in the Farm lobby too. I still have a bunch of mix tapes made with the blank tapes they had there.

dear family, i want to tell you that although this has been the worst of my lifes tribulations, that i am still standing.. the obvious reason is that jehovah is the faithful keeper of promises holding to his word that never, would his great love allow his precious children to be tested beyond what we could bear.

It says it's her sister. Where are you getting mother? And also, Whitney was raised in an evangelical christian church. Her mother was a member of that church. I can see her sister or something being a JW but I really don't think her mom is one.
